Amschler and Bombier were subject to a Disciplinary Hearing following a 2009 LERB hearing and charged in 2009 under the Police Act with Applying Inappropriate Force in the Circumstances, Discreditable Conduct and Neglect of Duty in regards to an on-duty incident occurring in 2004. Amschler and Bombier were both suspended without pay for 10 hours as a result.
