Fancy Women Bike Ride 2023

Poster for 2025 Ride
Edmonton's annual Ride of the Fancy Women, which advocates for safer, separated, cycling infrastructure, happens this Sunday, June 8th. All are welcome, this is an easy, slow, gentle ride, suitable for women or anyone not normally comfortable riding on city streets. Help us bring the message that women like to ride bikes, we like to ride bikes to get around the city, and we need safe infrastructure to do that. Help us counter the antibike backlash which is being fanned by certain political factions.

A Reddit thread about the 2025 Ride. Between 80 - 100 people joined the annual ride. Did you join in? If so, what was your best memory?
